At Dharniya, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something doesn’t work out, we’re here to make it right with a smooth and transparent return or exchange process.
You may return or exchange an item within 7 days of delivery, provided it is:
Unused and in original condition
Has all tags attached
Returned with the original Dharniya packaging
For size or color exchanges, each item must be processed with a separate request, mentioning the preferred replacement option clearly.
After the 7-day window, we will unfortunately not be able to process any return or exchange requests. We appreciate your understanding.
Each item is eligible for one exchange only. Please choose your replacement size or color carefully, as we do not allow further return or exchange for exchanged items.
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered, please initiate a request within 7 days of delivery through our website. These requests will be prioritized and handled with care.
If you return one item from a combo or bundle, your refund will be based on the individual product price, not the discounted combo price.
Example: If a combo of two items was priced at Rs. 1399, and one item costs Rs. 799, returning it may lead to a refund of the adjusted amount (Rs. 600).
If you return part of an order where a bulk discount was applied, the discount will be recalculated based on the number of items you keep.
Example: If you received a 25% discount on 4 items and return 2, your order may be recalculated to a 15% discount.
In case of an exchange, you may choose a replacement product of equal or lesser value.
If the new item costs less, the balance amount will be refunded to your bank account within 7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Once a return request is approved and the product is picked up, it will undergo a quality check at our warehouse.
Pickup time: Within 4 business days
Quality check: Within 2 business days after receipt
Refund initiation: Within 7 business days after approval
If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at enquiry@dharniya.com within 6 hours of placing your order.
Cancellation is not guaranteed if the order has already been shipped.
If cancellation is successful, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
